  We had to look for an alternative Financial Adviser as the one we had been with for years suddenly felt unable to help us any further.  We were looking for a pension draw down to help pay off some of our accrued debts via credit cards – and also to help with home improvements and refurbishment.

  Everything went as planned – and again we were kept informed about the process of our draw down request.  Richard arranged for the transfer of monies to new appropriate Pension Funds – he did go into great detail about the options available to us. 

   

  We were very comfortable discussing our financial needs – both now and future – with a friendly down to earth and local financial adviser. 

   

  Richard certainly knows his stuff – and does a lot of fact finding about any funds which may be available.

   

  We certainly will be in touch again about our future needs and we know our pensions will be kept under review.
